Client Operations Specialist

About the role

TruePoint is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to own client delivery operations and growth enablement. You will ensure logistical, financial, and operational components are executed precisely to support client satisfaction and revenue performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create client‑ready scopes of work, manage scope changes, and approve final invoices.
• Compile bi‑weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports; monitor client absorption, utilization and margin health.
• Build and maintain reporting tools for forecasting, revenue tracking and performance optimization.
• Manage core client‑operations platforms (Ruddr, HubSpot, ChatGPT, SharePoint) and ensure data integrity.
• Support staffing inputs and develop resourcing plans in partnership with leadership.
• Lead project management of new‑business pipelines, develop scopes, and contribute case studies.
• Facilitate client onboarding, act as liaison between clients, operations and account teams, and conduct periodic check‑ins.
• Execute client retention initiatives and oversee off‑boarding processes.
