Client Manager - Legal & Professional

About the role

We are looking for a Client Manager to drive growth and strengthen relationships with legal and professional customers. You will be responsible for selling LexisNexis products and services, helping clients realize value, and expanding revenue across your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and respond to inbound and outbound sales contacts with prospective and existing customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Process orders, close sales, and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Track sales prospecting activity using computer‑based tracking tools.
• Manage moderately complex accounts, negotiate service terms, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Continuously develop knowledge of the market, business needs, and product portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven ability to adapt communication style to different audiences.
• Experience completing structured work assignments and meeting sales quotas.
• Understanding of sales methodology and a track record of achieving targets.
• Strong telesales experience, particularly with subscription‑based products.
