Client Manager

About the role

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking a Client Manager to join its Employee Benefits team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their benefit programs are managed effectively and their needs are met with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day management of assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries and issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the Production team during renewal cycles to deliver tailored benefit solutions.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and additional service offerings.
• Maintain strong relationships with client representatives to enhance Gallagher’s value proposition.
• Travel up to 25% of the time to meet clients and support business development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of client service or claims management experience, or a high‑school diploma/GED with 8 years of comparable experience.
• Valid Producer’s License and any other required insurance licensing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
