About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Clerical Worker to support daily office operations at the Loftiss RYDC location in Thomasville, GA. This hourly position involves a variety of administrative and customer‑service tasks and works 29 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls and manage appointment scheduling.
  • Plan meetings, take detailed notes, and assist in preparing regular reports.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems and update office policies and procedures.
  • Operate standard office equipment and ensure smooth day‑to‑day office flow.

Required profile

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least two years of general office or administrative experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook (Calendar).
  • Ability to operate typical office equipment.
