Clean Room Operator (Experienced)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Clean Room Operator to run blow/injection molding equipment and auxiliary packaging tools in a high‑hygiene environment. You will follow visual aids, job and work instructions to ensure quality parts are produced and shipped on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Operate clean‑room molding machines and auxiliary equipment such as leak‑check stations, auto‑case sensors and cameras.
- Set up workstations, perform production audits, and maintain 5S & JI standards.
- Conduct daily housekeeping, including wiping surfaces with 70/30 alcohol.
- Start, stop, and respond to alarms on automation equipment.
- Inspect, measure, and package finished parts, prepare labels, and load skids for shipping.
- Complete line clears and documentation accurately.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to keep pace with fast‑moving machines and recognize malfunctions.
- Attention to detail for accurate form completion and labeling.
- Willingness to follow hygiene policies and quality improvement processes.
Required skills
- Operation of auxiliary equipment (hand truck, wrapper, automatic loading systems, bander).
- Familiarity with IQMS software.
- Knowledge of 5S and Just‑In‑Time (JI) training programs.
