Clean Room Operator – 2nd Shift

About the role

As a Clean Room Operator on the 2nd shift, you will help maintain a sterile manufacturing environment for medical devices at Enovis Surgical. You will operate clean‑room equipment, follow validated sterilization methods, and support the production flow to ensure high‑quality products reach patients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sterilizing medical devices using validated processes and maintain accurate sterilization logs.
• Generate and affix labels, clean/dust products, box and package finished items.
• Operate heat‑sealing machines and other clean‑room equipment safely.
• Verify and record quantities, lot numbers, serial numbers, and cycle counts.
• Complete production batch records, work orders, and inspection reports promptly.
• Perform daily reporting, routine maintenance, and keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Follow all company policies, standards, and clean‑room protocols.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or vocational training in a related field is a plus.
• Prior experience working in a clean‑room environment, preferably in medical‑device manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining sterility.
• Ability to follow strict protocols and quality standards.
