Clean Room Operator - 2nd shift

About the role

Enovis is seeking a dedicated Clean Room Operator for the second shift at its Austin, Texas facility. You will help maintain a sterile manufacturing environment that supports the production of high‑quality medical devices.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain clean‑room equipment, including heat‑sealing machines and labeling stations.
• Assist in the sterilization of medical devices using validated methods and maintain accurate sterilization logs.
• Generate and affix labels, clean and dust products, box and package finished items.
• Verify lot numbers, serial numbers, quantities, and cycle counts.
• Complete production batch records, work orders, and inspection reports promptly.
• Perform daily reporting, routine maintenance, and keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or vocational training in a related field is a plus.
• Prior experience working in a clean‑room environment, preferably in medical‑device manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sterility.
• Ability to follow strict protocols and adhere to quality standards.
