Clean Room Operator - 2nd Shift

About the role

Enovis Surgical is seeking a Clean Room Operator for the 2nd shift at its Austin, Texas facility. The role ensures cleanliness and sterility of the manufacturing environment while supporting production of high‑quality medical devices.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the sterilization of medical devices using validated methods.
• Maintain accurate sterilization records and logs.
• Generate and affix labels, clean/dust products, box and package, sterilize product, and operate heat‑sealing machines.
• Verify and maintain quantities, lot numbers, serial numbers, and cycle counts.
• Complete production batch records, work orders, and inspection reports accurately and timely.
• Perform daily reporting and required documentation.
• Carry out maintenance tasks and keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Develop and recommend new methods to improve processes.
• Follow company policies, standards, and practices.
• May be assigned to specialized packaging tasks within the clean room.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or vocational training in a related field.
• Prior experience working in a clean room environment, preferably in medical device manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sterility.
• Ability to follow strict protocols and adhere to quality standards.
