About the role

Join XPO as a Class B Local Truck Driver in Henderson, CO, operating straight trucks to deliver goods across the region. You will provide reliable service to customers while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate a straight truck (GVWR 26,001 lb or more) on intrastate routes.
• Load and unload freight using a forklift and pallet jack.
• Provide excellent customer service and generate sales leads.
• Transport hazardous and non‑hazardous materials in compliance with state regulations.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and reports.

Required profile

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Class B CDL without air‑brake restriction.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT drug test and physical.
• Flexible schedule – up to 12‑14 hour days, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to obtain a Federal Medical Certificate and non‑exempt interstate status.
• Willingness to obtain hazardous‑materials and tank endorsements within 90 days.

Required skills

• Class B CDL operation.
• Forklift operation.
• Hazardous‑materials endorsement (or ability to obtain).
• Straight‑truck driving and loading/unloading techniques.
