Claims Solutions Partner – Technical Sales Expert

About the role

We are seeking a Claims Solutions Partner to join our fast‑growing InsurTech team. In this hands‑on, high‑ownership position you will sit inside the sales cycle, translating complex claims‑operations expertise into winning deals and ensuring smooth technical handoffs to account management.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales to diagnose prospects' claims‑operations gaps and answer technical questions.
• Lead the technical content for RFP and RFI responses, ensuring high‑quality claims‑focused material.
• Conduct deep analyses of prospect and partner portfolios (loss runs, bordereaux, leakage, handler performance) to build evidence‑based value cases.
• Support account managers post‑sale on technical onboarding, escalations, and feedback loops.
• Act as a credible technical voice with senior insurer and MGA stakeholders.

Required profile

• Extensive, hands‑on experience in claims‑operations (handling, oversight, leakage, indemnity, TPA operations, SLAs, regulation).
• Strong diagnostic instinct to identify broken processes and quantify their impact.
• Advanced data analysis ability to extract insights from raw, messy claims data.
• Proven track record of technical writing under tight deadlines (RFPs, RFIs, technical responses).
• Commercial awareness to translate technical findings into compelling business cases.
