About the role

Key responsibilities

• Handle general liability matters, including premises, auto, and labor law claims.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and settlement documents.
• Assist senior shareholders and associates in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and strategic advice.
• Contribute to team‑based case strategy and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in civil defense litigation, focusing on general liability.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively.
• Trial experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication abilities.

Required skills
