Key responsibilities

• Take and defend depositions for complex civil cases.
• Draft, argue, and negotiate substantive motions.
• Litigate matters from inception through resolution under senior attorney guidance.
• Handle diverse matters such as premises liability, product liability, rideshare liability, construction defects, and commercial auto/trucking litigation.
• Engage directly with Fortune 500 clients and provide meaningful client interaction.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in defense.
• Strong judgment, organization, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent analytical, legal writing, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑based environment.
