About the role

Join Aligned Modern Health, the Midwest’s largest evidence‑based functional medicine practice, operating 16 clinics in Chicago and expanding telehealth nationwide. As a Chiropractic Physician you will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering patient‑centered, evidence‑based care that integrates chiropractic, functional rehabilitation, and strength training.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including range‑of‑motion testing, neurological and orthopedic examinations, functional movement screens, and X‑rays when indicated.
• Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans that combine chiropractic adjustments, functional rehabilitation, and strength training using AMH’s proprietary 3‑Phase Care model.
• Collaborate with rehab specialists and licensed massage therapists to manage interdisciplinary case plans and ensure functional recovery.
• Educate patients on multidisciplinary approaches and coordinate referrals to acupuncture, functional medicine, and hormonal health teams.
• Participate in ongoing professional development with fully funded CEU opportunities.

Required profile

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree with an active Illinois license (or eligibility within 14 days of hire).
• Strong skills in functional rehabilitation, strength training, and diversified chiropractic adjusting techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, entrepreneurial mindset, and passion for evidence‑based, patient‑centered care.
• Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours, including holidays, early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
