About the role

The Georgia Department of Human Services is seeking a Child Support Services Agent 2 to join its Division of Child Support Services in Winder, GA. This full‑time position supports the agency’s mission to strengthen families by establishing and enforcing child support obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and enforce child support obligations for responsible parents.
• Coordinate child support activities with legal, judicial, and public organizations.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in‑person to ensure compliance.
• Manage a caseload to monitor and collect child support payments.
• Support outreach programs such as Fatherhood, Prison Re‑Entry, and Parental Accountability Court.
