Chief Program Director for iSCORE

About the role

The Chief Program Director for iSCORE leads strategic planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of STEM education programs across multiple sites and partners. Reporting to the CEO, this senior leader ensures program quality, impact measurement, and alignment with the organization’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine iSCORE’s STEM curriculum and learning models.
• Oversee program delivery across school districts, higher‑education partners, and community organizations.
• Analyze program data to drive continuous improvement and produce impact reports for federal agencies and funders.
• Support grant proposal development with program plans, logic models, data, and narratives.
• Supervise Program Leads and instructional staff, fostering a culture of coaching and accountability.
• Coordinate logistics, training, and professional development for staff, educators, volunteers, and contractors.
• Maintain relationships with K‑12 districts, universities, STEM ecosystem partners, nonprofits, and industry collaborators.
• Contribute to strategic planning and organizational growth.
• Teach three to four undergraduate courses in the School of Education.
