Chief of Staff – NomadicML

About the role

NomadicML is building a video‑reasoning platform that turns massive driving footage into structured intelligence for autonomy and robotics. We are entering a rapid growth phase and need a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the founders, accelerating strategic, operational and communication initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the founders to manage priorities, company goals and investor initiatives.
• Operationalize strategic plans, turning abstract goals into concrete deliverables across product, research and growth.
• Drive internal communication and alignment, ensuring teams focus on the most important weekly objectives.
• Lead special projects such as go‑to‑market strategy, hiring, partnerships and research collaborations.
• Support fundraising and investor relations, including data gathering, memo writing and due‑diligence coordination.
• Own cross‑functional initiatives like launch plans, product updates and key customer deliverables.
• Represent the founders in internal meetings and external communications when needed.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and organizational mindset, able to simplify complex problems.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills for memos, investor updates and presentations.
• Deep curiosity about AI, video intelligence and emerging technologies.
• Proven experience managing strategic initiatives and cross‑functional projects.
