About the role
The State of Georgia’s Department of Natural Resources is seeking a Chemical/Material Analyst (Lab Scientist 1) to analyze environmental samples using EPA‑approved methods. This position supports the Environmental Protection Division’s mission to safeguard Georgia’s natural resources and public health.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a physical or natural science from an accredited institution.
- Laboratory experience, preferably with environmental sample analysis.
Required skills
- Proficiency in applying EPA‑approved analytical methods.
- Hands‑on laboratory experience handling environmental specimens.
