Chauffeur – Luxury Resort Transportation

About the role

We are looking for a professional Chauffeur to join the Transportation Department at Discovery Land Company’s Atlantic Fields location in Hobe Sound, Florida. The role is the first and last point of contact for members and guests, providing a seamless and memorable transportation experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing members and guests promptly and courteously.
• Park, retrieve, and manage member, guest and golf‑cart vehicles safely.
• Drive light and heavy passenger vans or buses to transport guests to the airport, off‑site locations, and on‑site amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness of shuttles and company vehicles, performing basic washes and interior upkeep.
• Perform routine vehicle checks (tires, brakes, fluids, safety equipment) and report mileage, fuel consumption and trip logs.
• Assist with baggage, wheelchairs, directions and other guest‑service tasks.
• Handle deliveries, pickups and occasional errands as required.
• Follow all traffic laws and departmental policies, and attend scheduled meetings and trainings.

Required profile

• Valid U.S. driver’s license (or international equivalent).
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum six months experience in guest‑service environments such as restaurants, resorts or private clubs.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
