Channel Professional – Distribution Partner Growth

About the role

We are looking for a driven, detail‑oriented Channel Professional to support our national distribution partners and help grow revenue. Based in the Charlotte, NC area (or any flexible U.S. location), you will work closely with sales, marketing, pricing and technical teams to execute channel strategy and ensure seamless partner engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive channel performance and revenue growth by supporting sales teams and distributor programs.
• Maintain accurate customer status, pricing matrices, distributor programs and internal sales playbooks.
• Track and report distributor performance, KPIs, budgets and sales opportunities.
• Analyze data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities, recommending actions to accelerate growth.
• Assist in national promotions, product launches and onboarding of distributors.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure tools, data and processes deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Contribute insights to medium‑ and long‑term channel strategies and act as a brand ambassador.
