Certified Nursing Assistant

About the role

AVIR Health Group is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who thrives in a compassionate, team‑oriented environment. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, following established policies and ensuring the highest quality of care at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on nursing assistance to residents, including hygiene, mobility, and daily living support.
• Monitor and record vital signs, health status, and any changes in condition.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other staff to coordinate resident care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.

Required profile

• Certified as a Nursing Assistant by the Department of Health within four months of hire.
• Previous experience in a nursing or long‑term care facility is preferred, but newly certified candidates are welcome.
