About the role
Central Star Home Health is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide essential personal care and support to patients in their homes. You will work directly with patients to ensure their comfort, safety, and well‑being while following individualized care plans.
Key responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, transferring, and ambulation.
- Perform household tasks such as making beds, changing linens, laundry, and light housekeeping.
- Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals; assist with feeding as directed.
- Document services accurately and timely according to company policy.
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) when ordered by the RN supervisor.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Successful completion of a state‑approved Certified Nursing Assistant program.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
- Willingness to complete at least 12 hours of continuing education annually.
