CDL‑A Truck Driver – Local Routes

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking reliable CDL‑A City Pickup & Delivery (P&D) drivers for its Findlay, Ohio service center. You will operate local routes, delivering and picking up freight while returning to the terminal each day. The position offers a competitive hourly rate, sign‑on and referral bonuses, and a full benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Perform city deliveries and pickups with multiple stops per shift.
• Use scanning equipment to track shipments and interact directly with customers.
• Complete lift‑gate deliveries using an electric pallet jack.
• Return to the home terminal daily and maintain accurate paperwork.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of verifiable Class A experience in the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (MVR/PSP) with no serious violations and no more than three moving violations in the past 3 years.
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA military transition criteria).
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Physical ability to bend, lift, and stoop safely.
