CDL‑A City Delivery Driver – Hatfield, PA

About the role

RLC is seeking a reliable CDL‑A City Pickup & Delivery (P&D) driver for its Hatfield, PA service center. You will perform local freight deliveries and pickups, returning to the terminal each day. The position offers a stable schedule with drivers home every night.

Key responsibilities

• Perform city deliveries and pickups with multiple stops per shift.
• Operate scanning equipment to track freight.
• Interact directly with customers during deliveries.
• Complete lift‑gate deliveries using an electric pallet jack when required.
• Return to the terminal daily after completing routes.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A license with at least 1 year of combined verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 if meeting FMCSA specs for military transition).
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Physical ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electric pallet jack operation.
• Experience using scanning equipment for freight handling.
