CDL‑A City Delivery Driver – $35.86/hr

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking a reliable CDL‑A City Delivery Driver for its Little Rock service center. You will perform local pickup and delivery routes, returning to the terminal each day, while enjoying a home‑every‑night schedule and a competitive hourly rate.

Key responsibilities

• Execute city delivery and pickup of freight, completing multiple stops per shift.
• Return to the Little Rock terminal daily after completing routes.
• Operate scanning equipment to track shipments.
• Interact directly with customers, ensuring accurate and courteous service.
• Perform lift‑gate deliveries using an electric pallet jack when required.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A license with at least 1 year of verifiable Class A experience within the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (MVR/PSP) with no serious violations and no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
• Age 23 (or 21 if FMCSA transition criteria are met).
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment DOT physical, drug screen, and road test.
• Physical capability to bend, lift, and stoop safely.
• Dependable and able to operate equipment safely at all times.
