Casting Assistant – Series Casting

About the role

Amazon Studios Series Casting is seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and hard‑working Casting Assistant to support the Head of Series Casting and Senior Casting Executive. You will be immersed in high‑profile projects across all genres and work closely with the Series Creative Development and Production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Streamline the casting process by supporting various team functions.
• Manage complex calendars and detailed travel itineraries for senior casting leaders.
• Coordinate high‑volume tasks and maintain organized documentation.
• Liaise with Series Creative Development and Production teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in casting, talent agency, or management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized planner able to work with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Cast‑it.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Outlook and Microsoft Office suite expertise.
