Cashier (Part‑Time)

About the role

Join Sedano’s Supermarkets as a part‑time Cashier in Miami. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a friendly and efficient checkout experience while supporting store safety and organization.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent service.
• Accurately scan items, weigh produce, and operate the cash register.
• Accept all forms of payment, issue correct change, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Perform cash counts at the start and end of each shift.
• Conduct price checks and place items in bags or assist with cart loading.
• Return discarded items to shelves and keep checkout equipment clean.
• Follow safety procedures, report hazards, and help maintain a safe store environment.
• Adhere to company policies, dress code, and keep the store stocked and organized.

Required profile

• Friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
• Reliability in following policies, safety guidelines, and uniform standards.
• Ability to work afternoon shifts on a part‑time basis.
