About the role
Vertical Screen is looking for a detail‑oriented Case Setup Operator to enter client information, follow standardized case set‑up procedures, and audit data for accuracy. This on‑site role supports the research teams that process background screening cases.
Key responsibilities
- Enter client information into the computer system.
- Follow standardized procedures for case set‑up.
- Audit entries for any inaccurate items or missing information.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
