Capture Manager (Government Contracts)

About the role

We are seeking a Capture Manager to lead the identification, development, and pursuit of new government contract opportunities. The role works closely with business development, proposal, and executive teams to craft winning capture strategies and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify government contract opportunities that align with company objectives.
• Develop comprehensive capture plans, including win strategies, teaming arrangements, and pricing models.
• Maintain relationships with government clients, industry partners, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute capture strategies and support proposal development.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Track and report on capture pipeline status throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor government portals and notices daily for potential opportunities.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to stay current on market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in government capture management or related business development roles.
• Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and regulations.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and align efforts with company goals.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
