Canada Outlet Planner – Retail Financial Planning

About the role

The Canada Outlet Planner partners with Direct‑to‑Consumer teams to drive financial performance of Levi Strauss & Co.'s outlet channel. You will use retail market expertise to shape buy plans, manage inventory, and support growth across the Canada outlet business.

Key responsibilities

• Own financial planning and performance for the Canada outlet channel, including sales, margin, and inventory.
• Build and manage bottom‑up sales and inventory plans aligned with top‑down targets.
• Forecast in‑season performance and initiate actions to address risks and opportunities.
• Lead in‑season execution of promotions, markdowns, and inventory flow decisions.
• Partner with merchandising to set assortment and category productivity targets.
• Collaborate with allocation to optimize inventory placement, replenishment, and receipts.
• Deliver reporting and insights to inform business decisions and financial outcomes.
• Maintain planning tools, reporting, and processes that support the business.
• Communicate performance, risks, and actions to planning leadership.

Required profile

• 4+ years of merchandise planning or related experience.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience building and managing complex models.
• Strong background in retail math, financial planning, and inventory management.
• Proven ability to manage forecasts and in‑season business performance.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with merchandising and allocation teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
