About the role

As a Call Center Representative you will engage potential members by making warm outbound calls, delivering excellent customer service, and promoting 24 Hour Fitness membership options. Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads.
• Engage prospects in conversation to understand their fitness needs and preferences.
• Present and promote 24 Hour Fitness products and services over the phone.
• Provide accurate information, answer inquiries, and address concerns.
• Utilize effective communication and negotiation techniques to close sales.
• Update customer records in the sales software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall call‑center goals.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to persuade and influence.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with good organizational abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required skills

• Experience using Salesforce or similar sales software.
