About the role

We are a multi‑million‑dollar home‑improvement company seeking energetic phone professionals to join our warm‑lead call center. The primary focus is to set no‑obligation appointments for our sales team by following up on inbound internet inquiries and event leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound warm calls to prospective customers.
• Confirm appointments for home‑improvement estimates without selling or cold‑calling.
• Follow up on internet leads and event‑generated contacts.
• Maintain accurate call logs and appointment records.
• Work flexible AM/PM shifts as needed.

Required profile

• Motivated by earnings and career growth.
• Strong phone etiquette and confidence speaking with customers.
• Experience in appointment setting, collections, timeshares, or home‑improvement phone work is a plus.
• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
