About the role

Green Stone RX is expanding its multi‑state sterile compounding operations into California and needs a California‑licensed pharmacist to act as the designated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) during the licensing and pre‑operational phase. This is a very limited part‑time administrative oversight role, typically requiring less than one hour per week, and is compensated with a monthly retainer under a 24‑month agreement.

Key responsibilities

Serve as the designated California PIC during the licensing and pre‑operational setup.
Review, approve, and sign licensing‑related submissions and documentation.
Participate in occasional compliance or Board discussions as needed.
Provide professional oversight and guidance throughout the California onboarding process.

Required profile

Active, unrestricted California pharmacist license.
Strong communication and organizational abilities.
Professional, responsive, and compliance‑oriented mindset.
Prior experience as a PIC, in sterile compounding, or in multi‑state pharmacy operations is preferred.
