About the role
LaSalle Network is seeking an experienced Calendar Manager and Executive Assistant to support a Managing Director in a fast‑paced global holdings firm based in New York City. This position is heavily calendar‑focused, requiring constant adjustments for international travel and time‑zone changes while acting as a strategic partner to optimize the executive’s day.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a complex, high‑volume calendar with frequent shifts due to travel and time‑zone differences.
- Proactively structure the Managing Director’s day to maximize time, priorities, and outcomes.
- Track commitments, deliverables, and follow‑ups to ensure accountability across stakeholders.
- Represent the Managing Director’s office in client‑facing and internal communications.
- Exercise sound judgment on when and how to engage the executive.
- Coordinate with internal teams and involve additional stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain composure, organization, and clarity amid shifting priorities and high work volume.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of administrative or executive assistant experience supporting senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage heavy calendar volume and competing priorities.
- Strategic, anticipatory thinker who acts as a true partner, not just a task executor.
- Exceptional attention to detail, clear communication, and high emotional intelligence.
- Solutions‑oriented mindset with strong self‑management and maturity.
- Curiosity about the business and ability to build relationships across the firm.
