Cafeteria Worker – Full‑Time

About the role

R+L Carriers is seeking a full‑time Cafeteria Worker to join the Wilmington, OH Service Center cafeteria. You will prepare and serve meals while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and customer service during a Monday‑Friday shift.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cafeteria foods, including grilling, deep‑frying, and pizza finishing.
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment and cash register in accordance with department guidelines.
• Maintain clean and sanitized workstations, dishes, tables, and equipment.
• Stock stations with breads, beverages, condiments, disposable items, and restock beverage machines.
• Handle food supply orders, lift and move cases up to 40 lb, and assist with deliveries.
• Perform janitorial tasks and other duties assigned by the Cafeteria Manager.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lb for extended periods.
• Previous food‑service or kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• SERVSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Commercial kitchen equipment operation.
• Cash register operation.
