Café Co-Worker

About the role

Our café team is the heart of Colectivo Coffee. As a Café Co‑Worker you will create welcoming moments, deliver exceptional service and keep the café environment inviting for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Create a warm, memorable café experience for every guest.
• Prepare coffee and specialty beverages to company standards.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized café and care for equipment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Continuously grow knowledge of coffee, tea and espresso through training.

Required profile

• 6–12 months espresso preparation experience preferred.
• Customer service experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• A passion for hospitality and human connection.
