Cabinet Refacing Contractor (1099)

About the role

Renuity is seeking experienced independent contractors to perform cabinet refacing and related home‑remodeling installations across the Pensacola area. You will work directly with homeowners, following Renuity standards to deliver high‑quality finish work and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install home‑remodeling products, including cabinets, veneers, laminates, and countertops, according to Renuity procedures.
• Apply finish work as required for each construction application.
• Communicate with management after each installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete a carpentry job checklist with the homeowner at project completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Proven experience with cabinet installation, refacing, veneer/laminate, and countertop work.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Established LLC or business with General Liability Insurance (preferred).
• Ability to work as part of a crew of two or more (preferred).
