Cabin Crew – New York Routes (Dubai Based, Relocation Provided)

About the role

Emirates is seeking enthusiastic cabin crew members to serve passengers on New York routes while being based in Dubai. You will be the face of the airline, ensuring safety, comfort and exceptional service throughout the flight.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service and assistance to passengers.
• Maintain safety standards, manage aircraft services, security and emergency procedures.
• Provide accurate information and support during boarding, in‑flight, and disembarkation.
• Collaborate with crew members to create a professional and welcoming cabin environment.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of hospitality or customer-service experience.
• High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Height at least 160 cm and able to reach 212 cm on tiptoes.
• No visible tattoos while in uniform.
• Willingness to meet UAE employment-visa requirements and relocate to Dubai.
