Buying Coordinator

About the role

Reformation is looking for a Buying Coordinator to support its Retail and Wholesale buying teams. This full‑time position is based in our Culver City/Vernon Los Angeles offices and blends on‑site collaboration with one remote day per week. The role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, sustainability, and fast‑paced, data‑driven environments.

Key responsibilities

• Generate accurate purchase orders and track them through the entire lifecycle for both retail and wholesale channels.
• Maintain and update buying documentation, ensuring all data remains current.
• Assist the buying team with assortment planning, inventory analysis, and seasonal product launches.
• Coordinate with production, merchandising, planning, and wholesale sales teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Analyze weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and propose improvements to processes, workflows, and systems.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support and take initiative beyond basic tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1‑3 years of experience in apparel retail or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Passion for fashion and sustainability.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
