Business Value Advisor

About the role

The Business Value Advisor will partner with key accounts to drive growth in Managed IT Services. Reporting to the Customer Success Director, you will build strategic technology plans that align with customers’ objectives and generate recurring and non‑recurring revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with key accounts, focusing on service upsell and cross‑sell.
• Conduct regular in‑person meetings to identify growth opportunities and co‑create technology roadmaps.
• Qualify leads from Customer Success, Engineering, and Service Delivery teams to generate additional revenue streams.
• Anticipate customer needs based on industry trends and historical activity, shaping strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of customer objectives and growth initiatives.
• Promote digital transformation projects that integrate our services with customers’ technology strategies.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date customer data in the CRM for planning and decision‑making.
• Support risk‑management activities to retain and grow the assigned portfolio.
• Collaborate with Technical Services Consultants to ensure high‑quality service delivery and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing key accounts within IT services or a related technology sector.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills with senior decision‑makers.
• Ability to assess customer needs, develop technology plans, and drive mutual success.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of coordinating cross‑functional teams.
