Business Unit Integration Lead

About the role

Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. is seeking a Business Unit Integration Operations Lead to drive the integration of its MedTech business units across multiple sites worldwide. The role will support the Vision team’s mission to develop innovative, less‑invasive eye care solutions and ensure seamless operational alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead integration initiatives for the business unit across U.S., Puerto Rico, Switzerland, and Brazil locations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align supply‑chain, manufacturing, and regulatory processes.
• Monitor integration progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define integration road‑maps and performance metrics.
• Support the Vision team’s product development lifecycle by ensuring operational readiness.

Required profile

• Strong background in supply‑chain or operations integration within the healthcare or MedTech sector.
• Experience working in multinational environments and managing cross‑border projects.
• Ability to work on‑site at one of the listed locations.
