Business Systems Analyst / Scrum Master (Remote US)

About the role

The Business Systems Analyst / Scrum Master will provide hands‑on Agile leadership for a cross‑functional technology team, ensuring clear priorities, actionable requirements and support for delivery. The role drives requirements discovery, translates business needs into testable user stories and facilitates Agile planning and execution across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder discovery sessions to define objectives, scope, success metrics and translate them into epics, features and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Own backlog health: prioritize work, manage scope, drive refinement and ensure stories are ready for engineering and testing.
• Serve as Scrum Master: facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, coach the team on best practices and improve throughput.
• Partner with technical leads to plan day‑to‑day execution, ensure sufficient ready work and adjust sequencing to maintain flow.
• Represent the delivery team in cross‑functional planning, communicate status, decisions and trade‑offs.
• Support ROM estimates by gathering inputs, documenting assumptions, constraints, risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security and operations to ensure feasible and supportable solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Agile teams as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst.
• Ability to think big‑picture while handling detailed requirements and delivery constraints.
• Comfort with evolving technologies and practical understanding of AI/ML concepts.
