Business Systems Analyst – New Product Introduction

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to own the end‑to‑end integration of new product and pricing launches into its quote‑to‑cash ecosystem. You will work closely with Product, Pricing, Sales, Finance and Engineering to ensure that every launch can be quoted, approved, billed and reported from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Translate pricing and packaging decisions into concrete system changes, including SKUs, price books, bundles, discount rules, contract terms, billing plans, tax codes and reporting structures.
• Build and maintain a repeatable NPI playbook covering intake, readiness checklists, sign‑offs, launch calendar and post‑launch review.
• Partner early with Product and Pricing teams, challenge proposals that cannot be cleanly quoted or billed, and propose viable alternatives.
• Design end‑to‑end implementations for usage‑based, seat‑based, tiered, committed and multi‑year pricing models.
• Plan migration paths for existing customers, including SKU transitions, grandfathering, amendments and co‑termination.
• Manage the retirement of legacy products and prices without disrupting renewals, billing or reporting.
• Coordinate configuration changes across Salesforce, billing platforms and tax systems, securing sign‑off from Deal Desk, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Tax and Legal.
• Prepare sellers and Deal Desk for launch day by updating quote templates, approval workflows and related documentation.

Required profile

• Experience treating product launches as cross‑system change initiatives.
• Ability to join launch planning early and work collaboratively with multiple functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of end‑to‑end launch processes.
