Business Systems Analyst

About the role

The Business Systems Analyst will design, develop, and sustain digital tools, data pipelines, analytics dashboards, and automated workflows that support manufacturing operations. You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather requirements, validate scope, and ensure on‑time delivery of solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, automate, and maintain data pipelines, data ponds, and analytical models using SAP, SQL, Power Automate, and related tools.
• Create custom applications and digital tools with Power Apps to support manufacturing, materials, quality, or engineering workflows.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations for performance tracking and operational decision‑making.
• Implement workflow automations that reduce manual data entry, improve process reliability, and eliminate non‑value‑added activity.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and leadership stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Manage multiple digital projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are met.
• Maintain documentation of system logic, workflows, data models, and integration points.
• Troubleshoot system issues, resolve data discrepancies, and proactively identify process improvements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, automation, and digital enablement.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all systems and tools developed.
• Provide training and support to end users to drive successful adoption of new tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering Technology, Business Analytics, or related field, OR 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP data extraction, SAP analytics, or SAP transaction workflows.
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL databases.
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or operational environment.
• Proven ability to manage parallel projects and deliver on time.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams and stakeholder levels.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
