Business Solution Consultant

About the role

The Business Solution Consultant partners with functional managers and senior leadership to define requirements and objectives for Abas ERP implementations. You will guide customers through production, logistics, and financial processes, ensuring the solution aligns with their business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as functional expert in manufacturing (MTO, MTS, ETO), supply chain, BPM/Workflow, EDI, and finance/controlling.
• Analyze and consult on customer business processes on‑site.
• Identify and promote industry‑specific best practices.
• Design integrated ERP solutions close to the Abas standard and create functional enhancements when needed.
• Configure and adjust the Abas system during implementation, maintaining customization integrity.
• Prepare customers for go‑live and support the transition.
• Collaborate with project teams and report to the Project Manager.
• Process tenders and prepare implementation offers for Abas ERP.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Operations Management, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years as a Business Solution Consultant or 5 years as an ERP user in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing practices and methodologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 40 % of the time.
• Excellent communication skills and a solution‑oriented approach.
