Business Operations – Product

About the role

As the human face of EndeavorAI’s product, you will work directly with customers to demonstrate how AI transforms their finance and operations processes. This is not a sales position; you will build trusted, person‑to‑person relationships and translate complex AI concepts into clear business value.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end relationships with customers and prospects, from initial conversation through deployment and expansion.
• Facilitate working sessions with finance and operations leaders, mapping the product to real‑world processes such as accounts payable, material planning, procurement, and close.
• Translate technical and AI concepts into business terms—margin, working capital, revenue—for non‑technical audiences.
• Gather field insights and feed them back to the product team to shape the roadmap.
• Travel to customer sites across the Midwest and South, up to five days per week.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience at a management or technology consultancy (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, KPMG).
• Comfortable handling skeptical operators and direct pushback.
• Deep familiarity with current AI tools and concepts, with a realistic view of hype versus reality.
• Intellectually curious about detailed business processes.
• People‑first communicator who builds genuine connections before focusing on commercial outcomes.
