Business Manager – Community Finance

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Business Manager to support the financial operations of the Coppins Well and Pratt Park communities. You will work closely with the Community Manager to ensure accurate accounting, timely collections, and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and post rent, fees, and other resident payments.
• Prepare daily bank deposits, reconcile bank accounts, and generate financial reports.
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and payables in accordance with established procedures.
• Review resident files for unpaid or late fees, communicate balances, and enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Manage eviction processes, including notice requirements and representation in court hearings.
• Handle resident move‑out procedures, applying lease terms, deposit deductions, and lease cancellation fees.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role in property management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents and internal teams.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality customer service and exceeding expectations.
