Business Line Manager – Mobile Crushers & Screens (North America)

About the role

Sandvik’s Rock Processing division seeks a Business Line Manager to lead the Mobile Crushers & Screens business across North America. The role combines strategic planning, sales execution, and team leadership to drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with division and sales area strategies.
• Deliver sales, order intake, revenue, market share and profitability targets for equipment and aftermarket.
• Identify market opportunities, build commercial proposals and apply value‑based selling.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with customers, dealers and distributors; lead performance dialogues.
• Own territory forecast, monitor pipeline and ensure high‑quality data in CRM and commercial tools.
• Drive equipment sales, installed‑base expansion and aftermarket capture across the full lifecycle.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales team to achieve high performance and align resources with business priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience (or 10 years total) with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in mining, aggregates, construction or related capital‑equipment industries.
• Proven ability to manage high‑value accounts, complex opportunities and technical‑commercial discussions.
• Strong financial and commercial understanding, including pricing, margin and deal profitability.
• Demonstrated success in key account management, business development or commercial leadership in a B2B environment.
