Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role

PEMCCO is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to provide analytical support for intelligence operations. You will collect, evaluate, and transform information into actionable intelligence products that inform operational planning and strategic decision‑making for government customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review, evaluate, and analyze intelligence information from multiple sources.
• Research, develop, and produce intelligence reports, assessments, briefings, and analytical products.
• Identify trends, patterns, indicators, and potential impacts related to operational and strategic intelligence requirements.
• Support the collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination of intelligence information.
• Maintain awareness of current and emerging intelligence issues, threats, and mission‑related developments.
• Prepare written reports, technical summaries, and presentations for customers and stakeholders.
• Support intelligence planning, mission analysis, and operational activities.
• Coordinate with government personnel, analysts, and operational teams to support mission objectives.
• Maintain intelligence databases, records, and supporting documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in intelligence analysis, all‑source or national security environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance if required.
• Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills.
