Business Intelligence Analyst I – Hybrid Data Visualization Focus

About the role

MAPFRE is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst I to create impactful visualizations and reports for non‑technical audiences. The role blends data extraction, validation and manipulation with clear communication to support executive decision‑making in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver complex data visualizations and reports tailored for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Develop and distribute ad‑hoc reporting solutions as needed.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to translate business requirements into well‑documented deliverables.
• Validate and manipulate data to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Support cross‑functional teams on various tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
• Apply critical thinking to analyze and implement business initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA a plus).
• 2‑4 years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization or related analytics roles.
• Ability to work onsite in Webster, MA three days per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with non‑technical audiences.
