Business Intelligence Analyst – Global Logistics Supplier Management

About the role

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Global Logistics Supplier Management team. The role combines advanced data analysis with project management to drive strategic decisions for commodity business managers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead RFP analytics using Coupa Sourcing Optimization, cleanse and normalize large datasets, and provide actionable insights for commercial negotiations.
• Maintain the rate repository, manage supplier contracts, and support the Freight Audit & Payment team.
• Handle fuel surcharge and currency exchange rate management by extracting data from external sources and assessing impact on logistics costs.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in data management and global logistics, with strong business acumen.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and hands‑on experience with Coupa Sourcing and Contract Lifecycle Management.
• Knowledge of transportation, warehousing, crating, and packaging logistics networks.
